6-12 months $850 per month, Refundable Security Deposit $1600

Plus $ 68 HOA Dues 
Plus: water average $30 per month, electricity will charge by usage with an average of $40 to over $100 per month. 

Option 2: 

All-inclusive long term, per month $1100 ( includes $50 for water and $100 for electric). Over these amounts paid as an extra.

Refundable Security Deposit same as option 1

No pets are not allowed

Lourdes fue muy buena anfitriona, siempre estuvo pendiente. La casa esta muy bien equipada para pasar unos dias en la playa. Ir a San Clemente siempre es in deleite.
